We have many many panelists, and many of them receive the same test notification you receive. Tests are launched in batches throughout time zones all over the world, and test panels are of varying sizes and demographics.
In order to get the right number of responses, we need to lock the test from time to time.
As of March 2020, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have seen a large increase in the amount of traffic on our servers.
As a result, more panelists are vying for spots in studies, causing the “too many” message to appear a lot more than usual.
Please be patient and keep trying as often as you like, or move on to a new test invite.
