You may see the error "not accepting participants" when you try to join a session from the wrong link.

If you follow the link from the 'I'm In!' Message, this is a schedule link and will not work for you to join the session.

You need to follow the link from the reminder emails that are sent 24 hours and 2 hours prior to your session.   This is the test link and will allow you to join the session.
