For Testers/Panelists:   If you are seeing "waiting for moderator" and hearing music after your scheduled start time, please first refresh your Chrome browser and attempt to connect to the session again.  

If your moderator is not there after refreshing the browser and you are from the Validately panel of testers, please send a note (support@validately.com) and screen shot to us right away so we can contact the researcher!

If your moderator is not there after refreshing the browser and you had been invited to the test by the researcher directly, please reach out to the organization/researcher directly!
