What does being screened out mean?
Being "screened out" is when you don't qualify for a study opportunity based on your answers to the screener questionnaire. Our clients create screeners to find participants that meet certain demographics.
What happens when I screen out from a study?
When you're screened, you'll receive a message to let you know you didn't qualify.
What if I accidentally click the wrong button and screen out as a result?
Unfortunately, we don't currently support multiple attempts for a study. Take your time and make sure you carefully select your answers for the screeners.
