If you are seeing "waiting for moderator" and hearing music after your scheduled start time, please first refresh your Chrome browser and attempt to connect to the session again.
If the issue persists and the moderator is still not there, there are two options:
- If you have been invited via an automated email invitation, please reach out to Support right away with a screenshot so we can contact the researcher!
- If you have been invited to the test by the researcher directly, please reach out to the organization/researcher that invited you!
